Exchange and Refund Policy

At L’atelier De Zee, your satisfaction is our priority.

We are pleased to offer an exchange for unworn items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, pieces must remain in their original condition unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that refunds are not available.

We will gladly replace your item with a new one in the following cases:
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Kindly note that customized and personalized creations are uniquely crafted for you and therefore cannot be exchanged.
International exchanges may be subject to additional shipping fees.
