We offer free international shipping on orders above 250$.

We offer local shipping all over Lebanon with WAKILNI within 4 to 5 working days with a fee of 3$.

Being satisfied with your online purchase is our first goal ! 

We will gladly accept an exchange of an unworn item within 5 days. If 5 days have passed since its delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We do not offer the possibility of refund.

If any of the below options, we will gladly replace your item with a new one

• The wrong product was sent to you.
• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged during shipping.

Orders must be returned in its original package.

Kindly note that customised items are created for you and therefore cannot be exchanged.

Only regular priced items may be exchangeable , unfortunately sale items cannot be.
